Hello Photographers and Videographers!

Welcome to Birchwood Meadows, our family-run flower farm located north of Edmonton. A scenic heaven, our property is a labour of love featuring cut flower gardens, open fields, and wooded areas. It’s an unforgettable creative oasis for capturing life’s special moments - and let’s not forget the sweeping prairie sunsets! We are now accepting bookings for the 2022 season.

The Details

Rates: $100 for the first hour, $75/hour thereafter
Seasonal Availability: Mid June - December
Our Editorial and Cut Flower Gardens are at their most beautiful mid-July through September, however each season brings about unique visuals.
Hours: By appointment, Tuesday through Sunday. Please inquire for availability

Furniture and props, including vintage couches and chairs, can be sourced for a small fee. Let us know what you’re looking for when booking.

Don’t forget to book your complimentary scouting time before the scheduled session!

Send an email to hello@birchwoodmeadows.ca with your preferred dates and times. We will typically avoid simultaneous bookings, but on occasion we may allow two overlapping photography bookings due to the multiple locations available.

We require a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due one week prior to the shoot.

Cancellations: Should inclement weather result in the cancellation of your session, we would be happy to reschedule at your convenience, subject to availability.
